Coffee Talk Monday #27

Jul 11, 2011

I adore musicals. I’m a sucker for any story when it’s presented in song form really! Wouldn’t it be great if we could just bust out in song during our conversations? Truthfully, Joe + I already do this quite often with one another. We randomly make up songs about our dogs, the grocery list, the weather, whatever. You should try it sometime. It makes the boring things in life, much more exciting :). Living a real-life musical!

I swear I have the best looking clients ever. They are all gorgeous! The other day, I was telling Joe about one of my upcoming brides and said “She is one of the most beautiful girls I have ever seen.” in which he replied “You mean, other than the one you see in the mirror, right?”. Oh, brownie points for him! He’s come a long way from comparing me to a dry-heaving dog! (please see previous post HERE).

Does anyone else have certain foods that you just have to eat a certain way? Like for me, I always eat a cupcake or muffin the same way; eat the bottom first, and save the delicious frosted top for last. Or when I used to eat Cap’n Crunch berries, I would eat all the yellow crunch thingys first and save all the crunch berries for the end. Then I would enjoy the crunch berries to the fullest as they swam in the sweet, colored milk. Oh, the good ole’ days!

I have to admit, I am not the best parker. Every since I got my SUV last summer, I have had a bit of a hard time adjusting to the size of it. Last night, I was driving around with some of my clients and forewarned them of my terrible parking skills. As we approached the near full parking lot, the lady in front of ┬áme was attempting to park. After a few failed attempts, she decided to move on. Thankfully, I didn’t embarrass myself too much when it come time for me to park. As we were walking to our next shooting spot, we saw that same lady still attempting to park. I couldn’t help but feel for her. I also couldn’t help but feel a tad better about my own parking skills and kinda wished that I would have videoed it for Joe. Had I done so, it would have looked a little something like THIS. I kid! Bad parker lady, if you are reading this, just know that you’re not alone! :)

And because no post is complete without photos, here’s a tiny sneak peek from last night’s e-sesh. I can’t wait to share the full session with you!
