Happy Monday!

Nostalgic: ‘ ..experiencing a sentimental longing for the past, typically for a period or place with happy personal associations.’ (wikipedia). That would be the word I would use to describe my time here in WI. There is something about the summers here that just make my heart sing. The tradition of the local 4th of July festival and fireworks. The company of old friends and family. Watching my nieces and nephews run around the yard and remembering back to when I used to do the same. Sitting on my parents porch, drinking in the sweet breeze. Yes, my heart just loves summertime in WI!

Sister Sister….remember that show? Oh I totally watched and it (and I have a feeling you did too!). While I never got to experience the perks of having a twin Tia and Tamara style, I do have the privilege of having two amazing older sisters. They are both busy mamas raising their kids and being superwomen, so it’s not often that we get to spend time as just sisters. But by the grace of God, we were able to make it happen this time around. So what do three ‘Fritz’ girls do on a night to themselves? I’ll give you multiple choice:

A. Paint our nails

B. Go out for coffee

C. Find the silliest clothes in the store, try them on and pose in the mirror together making a fool out of ourselves and making other shoppers question whether we are sane or not…

If you’ve been reading this blog for any length of time, I think the answer is quite clear :).
